Two cups of baking soda
2 cups baking soda 1 teaspoon almond oil handful dried or fresh rose petals
5 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops sandalwood essential oil
handful dried or fresh rose petals
Fill warm water in big tub and add baking soda to it and stir until it dissolve
Mix lavender and sandalwood oil and also hand full of rose petals
calendula Flower lotion for hands
one cup of calendula flowers
One cup of chamomile flowers
One table spoon of almond oil
5 drops of lavender essential oil
5 drops frankincense essential oil
Boil four cups of water and mix calendula and chamomile flowers boil it again for 15 minutes and allow it to cool
Mix almond oil and lavender and frankincense oil.
Nourishing paste for hands
Take one egg and beat thoroughly
Add two table spoon of Kaolin and two table spoon of almond oil
This paste can be used to cover hands and feet
Oat meal power
Mix two table spoon of Oatmeal power with one table spoon of warm water and mix well without lump
Again mix one table spoon of olive oil
One table spoon of lemon juice
one table spoon of glycerine and mix all the ingredients well together and apply this paste on hands and leave it for few minutes and wash after few minutes.
To strengthen your nails
Boil 6 cups of water and add horsetail stems to it and boil for 30 minutes in simmer heat
Allow this lotion to get warm
soak your hands in this lotion
You can also soak in warm sunflower for every two weeks.
Nail bleaching recipe
Add orange flowers to one cup of water and boil it for 15 minutes
Add one lemon juice and mix it to orange flowers water
Soak your hands in this lotion for half an hour.
Mix two table spoon of oatmeal or wheat flour to two cup of nourishing cream
Apply this cream all over the body
Massage well for 30 minutes
lanolin body massage
Mix four table spoon of lanolin oil
four table spoon of sunflower oil
Add a tablespoon of winter green or camphor oil
Add two table spoon of petroleum jelly
Add all the ingredients above and mix well until creamy apply this cream to all over your body and massage well
